Sharon Gauci is the Head of Quality and Training for CLA Malta, where she is responsible for ensuring the firm’s delivery of consistent, high-quality audits. In this role, Sharon is responsible for the firm’s audit approach, providing teams with the support, training and resources required to perform high quality, risk-based audit and assurance engagements and quality monitoring to ensure our teams meet our standards.

Prior to her current role, Sharon served as Audit Consultant of the firm reviewing procedures, implementing audit plans, and leading the audit function in technical and quality related matters. She was also responsible for the overall audit processes of a broad portfolio of local and international clients across various industries, mainly gaming, maritime, construction, and retail.
